AIO ClicksSEO migration
An SEO migration protects your search traffic when your website changes: a new domain, a new platform, a redesign, a new URL structure or a merger of sites. We plan the redirects, check the new site before launch and monitor afterwards, so the rankings you built carry over instead of disappearing.
Does this sound familiar?
Migrations are where years of SEO work can be lost in a weekend. Most of the risk is removed before launch, not after.
- 01A new website is planned, and nobody on the project is responsible for search traffic.
- 02You are changing your domain name, merging two sites or moving to a new CMS.
- 03The designers want to restructure the menu and URLs, and you do not know what that means for rankings.
- 04After a previous relaunch, traffic dropped and never fully came back.
- 05The launch date is fixed and SEO is scheduled for "after go-live".
- 06Your current site has years of links and rankings that you cannot afford to lose.

What we do
We take responsibility for search during the whole project, from the first sitemap to weeks after launch.
01
Inventory
Every URL that matters today, with its traffic, rankings and links, so nothing valuable is overlooked.
Content that disappears
Many traffic drops after a relaunch come from content that was quietly removed or shortened in the new design. We compare old and new pages and flag what the new site no longer covers.
Expect a dip, plan for recovery
Even a well-run migration can bring a temporary fluctuation while Google processes the changes. The aim is a short, shallow dip and a full recovery, not a permanent loss.
How it works
Join early
Ideally when the new structure is being designed, so SEO shapes it instead of patching it.
Inventory and map
All valuable URLs collected and mapped to their new destinations.
Review staging
The new site checked thoroughly, with issues fixed before launch.
Launch
Redirects, settings and submissions verified step by step on the day.
Monitor and fix
Daily checks in the first weeks, with a report comparing before and after.

Planning a new website?
Book a call before the structure is final, and we tell you where the risks are.
What determines the cost
We do not publish prices. The risk and effort depend on the kind of change:
- 01
Type of change
The more that changes at once, the more can go wrong.
- 02
Site size
Large sites need automated mapping and more checking.
- 03
Timing of involvement
Joining late leaves less room to prevent problems.
- 04
Sites involved
Merging sites means choosing which content survives.
- 05
Languages
Hreflang and language structures add complexity.
- 06
Monitoring period
Larger migrations need longer follow-up.
What you get
- 01A complete URL inventory with traffic, rankings and links
- 02A tested redirect map from every valuable old URL to its new destination
- 03A staging review with issues found and fixed before launch
- 04A launch-day checklist carried out with your team
- 05Daily monitoring after launch, and a before and after report

When should SEO be involved in a relaunch?
As early as possible, when the structure and content of the new site are still being decided. The later SEO joins, the more it can only repair.
Will we lose rankings?
A temporary fluctuation is common. With a complete redirect map and a thorough staging review, most sites recover their previous level, and some improve.
How long should redirects stay in place?
As long as possible, and at least a year. Old links and bookmarks keep pointing to the old URLs long after launch.
Can you work with our web agency?
Yes. We usually work alongside the agency building the site, reviewing their work and giving them clear requirements.
Tell us what is changing, and when.
The launch date and what changes are enough. A person replies within two working days.
