AIO ClicksReview management
Review management makes reviews work for your business: a steady flow of genuine reviews on the platforms your customers check, a reply to every one of them, a calm approach to negative reviews and a way to turn what customers write into improvements. Within the rules of each platform and of consumer law.
Does this sound familiar?
People trust what other customers say more than anything you say about yourself. Managing reviews well means making sure what they find is fair, recent and answered.
- 01Happy customers rarely leave a review, while unhappy ones always do.
- 02A one-star review has been sitting unanswered for months, and it is the first one people see.
- 03Your reviews are spread over Google, Trustpilot and an industry platform, and nobody watches all of them.
- 04You received a review that is false or from someone who was never a customer.
- 05Your team replies sometimes, in different tones, and occasionally too emotionally.
- 06You read the reviews, but nothing changes in the business because of them.

What we handle
Reviews are part customer service, part reputation and part feedback. We cover all three.
01
Platform choice
The review platforms that matter in your market and country, from Google to the ones specific to your industry, so effort goes where customers look.
Negative reviews
A thoughtful public reply to a critical review often impresses readers more than another five stars. We help you reply calmly, take the conversation offline where needed, and report reviews that break a platform's rules.
The rules we keep
We never write reviews, pay for them or offer rewards for them. Under EU consumer law, fake reviews are banned and businesses that show reviews must say how they check they come from real customers. Google does not allow any incentive for a review, nor asking only happy customers.
How it works
Take stock
Where you are reviewed, how many, how recent, how you compare and how replies are handled today.
Choose the platforms
The two or three that matter most for your customers.
Build the routine
When and how customers are asked, and who replies to what.
Reply and monitor
All reviews followed up, with escalation for the difficult ones.
Report
Volume, rating, response time and the themes customers mention.

Reviews that do not reflect your work?
Book a call and we look at where you are reviewed and how you reply.
What determines the cost
We do not publish prices. The effort depends on volume and how hands-on you want us to be:
- 01
Review volume
More reviews mean more replies and monitoring.
- 02
Platforms
Each extra platform adds monitoring and replies.
- 03
Who replies
Replying on your behalf takes more time and coordination.
- 04
Locations
Each location has its own reviews to follow.
- 05
Sensitive sector
Some sectors need extra care with confidentiality in replies.
- 06
Reporting depth
Analysing what customers say takes more work than counting stars.
What you get

Small enough to care. Senior enough to matter.
No account managers between you and the people doing the work. The person on the call is the person in the data.

Can we remove bad reviews?
Only if they break the platform's rules, for example fake reviews, conflicts of interest or offensive content. Honest negative reviews stay; a good reply is the best answer.
Can we offer a discount for a review?
Not on Google, which does not allow any incentive for a review, positive or not. Other platforms and consumer law restrict it too, so we set up requests without incentives.
Should we reply to positive reviews too?
Yes. A short, personal reply shows that you read what customers write, and readers notice.
Which review platforms matter most?
Google almost always. Beyond that it depends on your sector and country, for example Trustpilot, or industry-specific platforms your customers use.
Tell us where your reviews are and what bothers you.
Your business name and platforms are enough. A person replies within two working days.
