AIO ClicksAI strategyand workshops
An AI strategy tells you where AI will pay off first in your business, what that takes and what to leave alone for now. Our workshops take owners and teams from general interest to a short, ranked list of use cases, with the risks, the data questions and the first steps written down.
Does this sound familiar?
If AI keeps coming up but has not led to a decision, a structured session usually gets you further in one day than months of trying tools one by one.
- 01Several people on your team use AI tools, each in their own way, and nobody has an overview.
- 02Nobody has agreed which company or customer information may be pasted into those tools.
- 03You hear what competitors are doing with AI, but cannot judge what would work in your own business.
- 04Every supplier tells you their tool is the answer, before they have asked how your business works.
- 05Ideas come up in meetings and disappear, because nobody knows which one to try first.
- 06You want your team to use AI well, without turning them into technical specialists.

What we offer
A workshop is a working session, not a presentation. You can book one part or combine them.
01
Opportunity workshop
Owners and key people map where time goes in the business, and rank the opportunities for AI by effort and effect.
What you decide afterwards
The outcome is yours. Some businesses carry out the roadmap with their own people, some hire a specialist, and some ask us to build the first use case. The workshop is the same either way.
Where the EU AI Act comes in
The European AI Act asks organisations that use AI to make sure their staff have sufficient knowledge of it. A short training with a written policy is a practical way to show you have taken that step. We explain what applies to your use of AI; for formal legal advice we refer you to a lawyer.
How it works
Intake
A short conversation and questionnaire about your business, your processes and the AI tools already in use.
Preparation
We collect examples of real tasks, so the session works on your situation from the first minute.
Workshop
Together we map the opportunities, test a few live and rank them by effort and effect.
Report
You receive the ranked list, the risks, a draft policy and the recommended first steps.
Follow-up
A check-in a few weeks later on what has been started and what is in the way.

Want a clear first step with AI?
Book a call and we discuss your business, your team and which session would help most.
What determines the cost
We do not publish prices, because a half-day session for an owner and a programme for several teams are different things. These are the factors that set the scope:
- 01
Group size
Larger groups need more sessions or parallel groups, so everyone works on their own tasks.
- 02
Format
A single workshop gives direction; a programme also builds habits.
- 03
Preparation
The more we study your processes beforehand, the more concrete the outcome.
- 04
Location
Sessions on site take travel time; online sessions are easier to split into shorter parts.
- 05
Written output
A full policy and roadmap take extra time after the workshop.
- 06
Languages
We can run sessions in English, Dutch and German; mixed groups need materials in more than one.
What you get
- 01A ranked list of AI use cases specific to your business, each with its effort and expected effect
- 02A draft AI policy your team can follow from the next day
- 03Training materials based on your own tasks, to keep and reuse
- 04A roadmap for the first steps, with what each step requires
- 05A follow-up conversation a few weeks after the workshop
Small enough to care. Senior enough to matter.
No account managers between you and the people doing the work. The person on the call is the person in the data.

Who should join the workshop?
The owner or director, plus the people who know the daily processes best. Their knowledge of where time goes is what makes the outcome concrete.
Do we need to know anything about AI beforehand?
No. The workshop starts from your business and your processes, not from the technology.
Can the workshop be held at our office?
Yes, at your office or online. We work from Haaksbergen in the Netherlands, with businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK, Ireland and the US.
Do you sell AI tools?
No. We recommend tools on how well they fit your process and your data rules, and we tell you when a free or existing tool is enough.
What happens after the workshop?
You decide. Some businesses carry out the roadmap themselves; others ask us to build the first solution.
Tell us where AI keeps coming up in your business.
A sentence about your team and what you hope to decide is enough. A person replies within two working days.
