AIO ClicksWeb accessibility(EAA)
Web accessibility makes your website usable for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, see poorly or are colour-blind. Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act requires many businesses that sell to consumers online, such as webshops, to meet accessibility requirements. We test your site, fix what is needed and help you keep it accessible.
Does this sound familiar?
Accessible websites are easier for everyone to use, and for many businesses they are now a legal requirement.
- 01You have heard about the European Accessibility Act and are not sure whether it applies to you.
- 02Your webshop cannot be completed with a keyboard alone.
- 03Images, buttons and form fields have no text alternatives or labels.
- 04Some text is light grey on white and hard to read.
- 05An accessibility overlay was suggested to you as a quick fix.
- 06Nobody on your team knows how to test with a screen reader.

What we do
We test against the recognised standard and fix problems in the site itself.
01
Applicability check
Whether the EAA applies to your business and services, including the exemption for microenterprises providing services.
No overlays
Accessibility overlays promise compliance with one line of code, but cannot fix the underlying problems and can get in the way of assistive technology. We fix the site itself.
Testing with real tools
Automated tools find only part of the problems. We also test manually with a keyboard and screen readers, the way people who rely on them use the web.
How it works
Check applicability
Your services, size and markets against the EAA and national rules.
Audit
Key templates and flows tested, issues documented with priority.
Fix
Code, design and content corrected, by us or with your developers.
Retest
Fixes verified with the same methods.
Document and maintain
Accessibility statement published and a routine for new content.

Not sure whether the EAA applies to you?
Book a call and we look at your situation and your site.
What determines the cost
We do not publish prices. The effort depends on your site and how much needs fixing:
- 01
Site size
Each template and flow needs testing.
- 02
Type of site
Transaction flows need thorough testing.
- 03
Current state
Basic problems throughout the site take longer to fix.
- 04
Platform
Some third-party components are hard to fix.
- 05
Who fixes
Working through your team needs detailed tickets.
- 06
Documents
Accessible documents are extra work.
What you get

- 05Guidelines and checks to keep the site accessible

Does the EAA apply to my business?
It applies to many products and services sold to consumers, including e-commerce. Microenterprises providing services, with fewer than 10 employees and no more than 2 million euros annual turnover or balance sheet total, are exempt. We check your situation.
What is the deadline?
The requirements have applied since 28 June 2025. Some existing services have transition periods; we look at what applies to you.
Is an accessibility overlay enough?
No. Overlays do not fix the underlying code, and many users of assistive technology find them a hindrance.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We assess and fix the technical side, and explain the requirements; for legal certainty, consult a lawyer.
Tell us what you sell online and to whom.
Your website and company size are enough. A person replies within two working days.
