AIO ClicksMarketing automation
Marketing automation follows up with people based on what they do, across channels: a welcome series after sign-up, a reminder after an abandoned quote, a message on WhatsApp or by SMS before an appointment, a task for sales when a prospect returns to the pricing page. The right message reaches the right person at the right moment, without someone having to remember.
Does this sound familiar?
Most of the value in a customer relationship comes after the first contact. Automation makes sure that contact continues.
- 01New subscribers or customers hear nothing from you after the first email.
- 02Quotes and baskets are left behind, and nobody follows up.
- 03Sales does not know when a prospect is showing renewed interest.
- 04Customers who bought once never hear about the next relevant product.
- 05Your email, CRM, website and chat tools do not talk to each other.
- 06Follow-up depends on someone having time, so it happens irregularly.
Trusted by ambitious businesses, including:
What we build
We design flows around your customers' journey, using the channels that fit each step.
01
Journey mapping
The moments that matter, from first visit to repeat purchase, and what each person should receive at each one.
One customer, one conversation
Without coordination, a customer can get a discount email, a sales call and a WhatsApp reminder on the same day. We design flows that know about each other.
Consent per channel
Each channel has its own consent rules. We build consent capture and preferences into the flows, so people only receive messages on channels they agreed to.
How it works
Map the journey
Steps, moments and data available at each step.
Choose the platform
Use your current tools where possible, or recommend one that fits.
Build flows
Messages written, triggers set, channels connected.
Test
Every path checked before it goes live.
Measure and improve
Conversions per flow and step, with regular adjustments.

Follow-up that depends on someone remembering?
Book a call and we map the moments that matter in your customer journey.
What determines the cost
We do not publish prices. The effort depends on the number of flows and systems:
- 01
Number of flows
More flows mean more messages and logic.
- 02
Channels
Each extra channel adds setup and consent handling.
- 03
Systems
Connecting systems is often the largest part of the work.
- 04
Data quality
Automation needs reliable data.
- 05
Lead scoring
Scoring needs agreement with sales on what counts.
- 06
Languages
Each language needs its own version of every message.
What you get
- 01A map of your customer journey with the flows that serve it
- 02Triggered flows across the channels that fit, with consent built in
- 03Lead scoring and alerts for sales where useful
- 04Website, forms, email and CRM connected
- 05Reporting on conversions per flow, with ongoing improvements
Small enough to care. Senior enough to matter.
No account managers between you and the people doing the work. The person on the call is the person in the data.

What is the difference with email marketing?
Email marketing covers the messages you send to your list. Automation sends messages triggered by behaviour, across email and other channels.
Which platform do you use?
We work with the common marketing automation and CRM platforms, and prefer to build on what you already use.
Can we use WhatsApp for marketing?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, with opt-in and within Meta's rules. It works best for service and timely reminders, used sparingly.
Does automation make communication impersonal?
Not if it is done well. Well-timed, relevant messages often feel more personal than irregular manual ones.

Your tools and one example journey are enough. A person replies within two working days.
