AIO ClicksAI agentsand chatbots
An AI chatbot answers your customers' questions in natural language, at any hour, from your own information. An AI agent goes a step further: it looks up an order, qualifies a lead, books an appointment or hands the conversation to a colleague. Both are set up to answer the way your team would, and to say so when they do not know.
Does this sound familiar?
If your customers ask more than your team can answer quickly, a well set up agent takes the routine questions and passes the rest on with the details already collected.
- 01Questions come in through the website in the evening and at weekends, and are answered the next working day, if at all.
- 02Your team answers the same handful of questions about delivery, prices or opening hours many times a week.
- 03Visitors leave the site without asking anything, because finding the answer takes more than a few clicks.
- 04Sales receives requests with half the details missing, and the first reply is always a list of questions.
- 05You tried a chatbot before, and customers got stuck in fixed menus that never understood them.
- 06Customers write in Dutch, English and German, and not everyone on your team can answer all three.

What we build
Every agent starts from the questions your customers actually ask. These are the jobs we most often give it.
01
Website chatbot
Answers questions about products, services, delivery and terms from your own website and documents, and links to the page where the answer is.
What it is not allowed to do
Before an agent goes live we write down what it may answer, what it may do and what it must hand over. Complaints, refunds, medical, legal or financial advice and anything outside your information go to a person, and the agent says so instead of guessing.
Chatbot or agent
A chatbot only talks. An agent can also act in your systems. Many businesses start with a chatbot on the website and add actions such as booking or order lookups once the answers are reliable.
How it works
Collect the questions
We go through your inbox, contact forms and the questions your team hears most, and gather the content that answers them.
Set the boundaries
What the agent may say and do, in which languages, in what tone, and when it hands over.
Test with real questions
Your team asks it the hard questions, including the ones it should refuse, until the answers are right.
Go live on one channel
Usually the website first, with every conversation logged.
Review and extend
We read the conversations, fill the gaps in its knowledge and add channels or actions when the basis is solid.

Curious what your customers would ask it?
Book a call and we look at the questions you receive now, and which of them an agent could answer.
What determines the cost
We do not publish prices. A chatbot that answers ten common questions and an agent that books, looks up and qualifies are different projects. These are the factors that decide where yours sits:
- 01
Answering or acting
Every action, such as booking or looking up an order, needs a connection and its own tests.
- 02
Size of the knowledge base
A few pages are quick to load; large catalogues and manuals need structure so the right answer is found.
- 03
Languages
Each extra language needs its own tests, even when the content is the same.
- 04
Channels
Each channel has its own rules and setup.
- 05
Identification
Showing someone their own order data means verifying who they are first.
- 06
Review after launch
How often conversations are read and the agent is improved is agreed at the start.
What you get
- 01A chatbot or agent on your website or channels, answering from your own information
- 02A written list of what it may say and do, and what it hands over
- 03A test set of real questions, used to check every change before it goes live
- 04A conversation log and a regular overview of what customers ask and where it fell short
- 05Agreements on data storage and privacy, in line with the GDPR, and a clear notice to visitors that they are talking to AI
Small enough to care. Senior enough to matter.
No account managers between you and the people doing the work. The person on the call is the person in the data.
Meet the team →Frequently asked questions
Will the chatbot make up answers?
It is set up to answer only from the information we give it, and to say when it does not know instead of guessing. Questions outside that scope go to a person.
Can it answer in several languages?
Yes. It can answer in the customer's language, for example Dutch, English and German, from the same information. Each language is tested before launch.
Does it replace our customer service?
No. It takes the routine questions and collects the details, so your team spends its time on the conversations that need a person.
Will visitors know they are talking to AI?
Yes. We always make that clear, and visitors can ask for a person at any point.
Can it also answer the phone?
For calls we work with our partner AI Phone Assistant, which answers and books calls with AI.
Tell us which questions you answer most often.
A few examples are enough. A person replies within two working days.
