AIO ClicksCustom AIsolutions
A custom AI solution is software built around one process in your business that no standard product handles well: an assistant that knows your product range, a tool that reads your supplier documents, or a calculator that turns a customer question into a quote. We design it with you, build it on your own data and keep it running.
Does this sound familiar?
When the work is specific to your business and standard tools keep falling short, a solution built on your own information usually does better than another subscription.
- 01Your team pastes company information into a general chat tool and then checks every answer by hand.
- 02The knowledge that keeps the business running sits in a few people's heads, or in files only they can find.
- 03New colleagues ask the same questions for months, because the answers are spread over manuals, emails and old projects.
- 04You looked at off-the-shelf AI products, and each one covers half of what you need.
- 05Quotes depend on rules, exceptions and price lists that only experienced staff can apply.
- 06You are not sure where your data goes when someone uploads a document to a free AI tool.

What we build
Every project starts from one question your team needs answered, or one document they need read. These are the forms it most often takes.
01
Internal assistant
A chat interface on your own manuals, procedures and product data, which answers with a reference to the source so staff can check it.
Built on your data, not trained on it
Most custom solutions do not need a model trained from scratch. The AI reads your documents at the moment a question is asked and answers from them, which keeps the information current and lets you remove a document whenever you want.
Why a prototype comes first
An AI solution can look convincing on a demo and still fail on your real files. That is why the first version runs on a sample of your own documents and questions, and the people who will use it judge whether it is good enough before anything else is built.
How it works
Pick the use case
We agree on one question or task, who uses the result and what a good answer looks like.
Gather a test set
Real documents and real questions from your team become the yardstick for every version.
Prototype on your data
A working first version, tested by its future users against the test set.
Build it properly
Access rights, logging, security and the connections to your systems are added.
Launch and keep improving
We watch how it is used, correct where it falls short and update it as your information changes.

Have a process no standard tool fits?
Book a call and bring one example document or question. We tell you whether a custom solution makes sense.
What determines the cost
We do not publish prices, because the effort depends on your information and your systems more than on the idea itself. These are the factors we assess with you before any build:
- 01
The state of your information
Clean, current documents need little preparation; scattered or conflicting sources need sorting first.
- 02
The kind of documents
Digital text is read reliably; scans, handwriting, tables and technical drawings need more work and more testing.
- 03
Who uses it
An internal tool for a small team needs fewer safeguards than one your customers use directly.
- 04
Access rules
When different people may only see their own documents, those rights have to be built into every answer.
- 05
Accuracy needed
A draft someone reviews can tolerate small gaps; a figure that goes straight into a quote cannot.
- 06
Hosting requirements
Running inside your own infrastructure or a specific region adds setup and maintenance.
What you get
- 01A working solution on your own data, tested against questions and documents from your team
- 02The test set, so every future change can be checked against the same standard
- 03Answers that point to their source, so staff can verify them
- 04Documented access rules, data processing and storage location, in line with the GDPR
- 05Maintenance and updates after launch, or a documented handover if you take it in-house
Small enough to care. Senior enough to matter.
No account managers between you and the people doing the work. The person on the call is the person in the data.
Meet the team →Frequently asked questions
When does a custom solution make sense?
When a task is important, repeats often and depends on knowledge specific to your business. If your team works around a tool rather than with it, a custom solution is worth exploring.
Do you train an AI model on our data?
Usually not. Most solutions let an existing model read your documents at the moment of the question. Your information stays in your own storage and is not used to train public models.
What if the answer is wrong?
Answers cite the document they come from, so a colleague can check them. Where an error would be costly, a person approves the result before it is used.
Can it work with our existing software?
In most cases. The solution can read from and write to common systems such as document storage, CRM or ERP software. We check your specific systems during the prototype.
Who maintains the solution?
We do, unless you prefer to take it in-house. Either way you receive documentation of how it works and how it is tested.
