AIO ClicksEntity andschema building
Entity and schema building makes sure search engines and AI systems understand exactly who your business is: what you offer, where you work, who works for you and how you relate to other well-known things. We make your details consistent across the web and state them in structured data, so machines connect every mention of you to one clear identity.
Does this sound familiar?
When machines are unsure who you are, they hesitate to name you. Clear identity is the quiet foundation under every other kind of visibility.
- 01Your company name is written three different ways across your website, directories and social profiles.
- 02An AI assistant mixes you up with another business that has a similar name.
- 03Google shows no knowledge panel for your business, or one with the wrong details.
- 04You moved, rebranded or merged, and the old name or address still turns up in answers.
- 05Your website has some schema markup, but nobody knows what it says or whether it is valid.
- 06Your experts write and speak in public, but nothing on your site connects their work to your company.

What we build
An entity is a thing a machine can identify without doubt. We give your business, people and services that clarity.
01
Entity inventory
Every place your business is described online, from your own site to directories, profiles, registers and reviews, with each inconsistency in name, address, phone, services or dates listed.
Why consistency matters more than volume
A hundred listings with conflicting details do more harm than ten that agree. Search engines and AI systems compare sources; when they agree, confidence rises, and when they conflict, the safest answer is to leave you out.
What schema does and does not do
Structured data helps machines read your page correctly and can make it eligible for certain search features. It does not guarantee rich results or rankings, and markup that describes things not visible on the page breaks Google's guidelines. We mark up what is true and on the page, nothing more.
How it works
Inventory
We collect every description of your business we can find and list the differences.
Decide the facts
With you, we fix the official name, descriptions, services, locations and people.
Build the source pages
Your own site states those facts clearly, in one place each.
Mark up and connect
Structured data across your templates, validated, with sameAs links to your official profiles.
Correct the rest
Directories, profiles and listings brought in line, starting with the ones AI systems rely on most.

Do machines know who you are?
Book a call and we look at how your business is described across the web.
What determines the cost
We do not publish prices. The work depends on how scattered your details are and how your site is built:
- 01
Number of inconsistencies
Every conflicting listing has to be found and corrected.
- 02
History
Old names and addresses linger and take longer to clear.
- 03
Locations
Each location needs its own consistent details and markup.
- 04
Website platform
Adding structured data depends on how your site is built.
- 05
People to include
Each expert page needs content and review.
- 06
Ongoing monitoring
New listings appear and details drift; regular checks keep them aligned.
What you get
- 01An inventory of your business details across the web, with every inconsistency listed
- 02A fixed set of official facts: name, descriptions, services, locations and people
- 03Validated structured data across your site, connected into one graph with sameAs links
- 04Corrected listings on the directories and profiles that matter most
- 05A short guide your team can follow to keep details consistent from now on
Small enough to care. Senior enough to matter.
No account managers between you and the people doing the work. The person on the call is the person in the data.

What is an entity in search?
A specific, identifiable thing, such as your company, a person or a place, that a search engine or AI system can recognise and connect to facts. The clearer the entity, the more confidently it can be named.
Will schema markup get us rich results?
It can make pages eligible for certain features, but Google decides what to show. The bigger benefit is that machines understand your pages and business correctly.
Can you get us a Google knowledge panel?
No one can request one directly. Panels appear when Google is confident about an entity. Consistent facts, structured data and mentions in trusted sources raise that confidence.
Do we need a Wikipedia page?
No. Wikipedia has its own notability rules and is not a marketing channel. Registry entries, trade associations, reputable directories and your own well-structured site do much of the same work.
Tell us where your details are inconsistent.
Your business name and website are enough to start. A person replies within two working days.
