5. Fees

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIO Clicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
